"Who ever enters a sell order 5 cents below the bid price? It would have to be a mistake or blatent manipulation."

It's a common tactic meant to spook the nervous nellies into giving up some cheapies.Pre market bid/ask is interesting but usually unreliable.JMO.

OSC won't give it a second glance.
