yes we need to show we have enough for financing. But we don't need 20 billion to borrow or pre sell 2 billion. Eagle one has enough value on its own for that. Noront just needs to prove to itself that its worth digging the other 2/3s and that its capable to produce enough highgrade ore to satisfy the pre-sell purchaser.
