As others have mentioned. placing an order that is intended not to close but will be pulled is illegal and is blatant manipulation.

OSC, orders should be *required* to stay open for some minimum amount of time... an hour? a day? before allowing them to be pulled. People do make mistakes, so let's allow say 2 order withdrawals per house per month. That would certainly improve "order accuracy".
