So called duds are a standard part of drilling, nothing wrong with that other than the expense of having spent money for the drilling. It had to be done otherwise we would not know if we have anything.
The other nine holes are same Good and Great and NOT Old, except that you have become jaded with past results.
Any time a ton of ore gives you two to four times the $ value to process it is not OLD as you call it. It is profit $s.

Yes, I call that bashing. Know the difference.
