One might well think you have a personal interest in discouraging any wavering NOT holders, to the benefit of any entity engaged in driving down the price to pick up cheap shares.

Your arguments don't hold water. I will not take the trouble to refute them hear, but feel confident that pretty well all NOT longs can see through your verbiage.
