That would only be true IF the leaks still persisted. We all know due to the lack of any rumours over the last couple months that there are no leaks.
Therefore that line of reasoning has to be false. SP is low due to lack of rumours OR there is a concerted effort to keep it low.

All else, especially a report of just visuals is not only credible but very possible, imho.
