I really don't think any one in North America wants or needs the chromite unless Cliffs goes "bigtime" into stainless steel./

It would be more probable the Asian countries (China and India) that will want to use the chromite.

Once the Railway is built it would be more economical to ship it to Vancouver from the lakehead by rail, and then freighter it to Asia. As it is now coming from Africa.(didn't Noront go to Africa to look at a refinery/mill a couple of years ago)

A move like this would slake China's thirst for steel and stainless steel.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Chinese start looking into the ROF ( maybe NOT as we have the chromite thats not attached to Cliffs and the largest land ownership in the area).
