the people who would know this should be classed as to be trading on insider information and they should be going to jail. They could be guessing there is a financing coming but IF they were told, I would concider that inside information and if the laws allow this, and I am sure that they do, the law needs to be changed. This is the type of thing that some feel as a right and will fight hard to stop any change in the favortisim that brokerage houses have taken over the years while claiming self policing. Time for revolt of the systems that create special information for licenced dealers over the general public.
