that both in the FWR biz and the pending SPQ biz that CLF seems to use language, and also others that print about them, that makes it sound like it's all over. Interesting way to sway the psych. of investors in terms of what they do with their shares. "Oh well it must be in the bag for CLF so I'll just tender my shares... what's the point in holding on?"..... right?!
