Those views are overly pessimistic.

NOT isn't like the others, (FWR, SPQ). NOT's management has some ACES up their sleeves. They have News Releases lined up, and ready, with the push of a BIG RED BUTTON that will sky-rocket the share price if Cliffs even whispers about a hostile takeover.
