Pure supposition on my part... but here it is. According to Glorieux in a conversation with a certain ceo, he heard it said that it was the intention to fly NOT under the radar for two years. Not only would it be in the interests of investors to not have any leaks from insiders to undermine the plan to take this company to maximum value by avoiding takeouts, but it would also be in the interest of shareholders to have certain leaky bloggers on certain sites to not go fishing around through all of their contacts, doing calculations by some pretty savvy folks on 3-d modeling and reporting back to the world about facts which only the geos and company insiders would have previously known about. To squelch conversation and the transmission of how great a company was when trying to keep a low profile, given the dangerous times of cheap take overs was the expedient thing to attempt to do and difficult while trying to look as though they were reporting in a timely fashion. It can't be easy trying to offer N.R.s that don't excite the populace when you have found some pretty incredible stuff. Shareholders may not like the tactic, but it beats selling your shares for .19 when you were hoping for .50 or $1 when you had waited years for $5. Think about it.
