I totally disagree with your idea about delaying drilling reports and findings.

This opaque view from the BOD is the main reason why some (majority?) of shareholder do not trust this board..We should not be ruled by subtrifuge and treated like mushrooms.

1.Management must be completely clear in with the public about what they have in the ground. They must be completely open, which they have NOT been when they offer flow throughs and other options. or they will not get public support. By diluting their stock base they allow the lowering of their SP and are open to institutional buying (CLIFFS).

2.By emitting news reports ,good or bad, they allow daylight on ALL their operations so that these "others " would not be able to buy large blocks of shares with impunity.and detriment to the average stockholder.....remember about 3 weeks ago the volume was steady,BUT the SP didn't move.,I truly believe it was CLIFFS...buying Noront, under Jitney or Anon all they had to do was buy in huge blocks in the morning letting on that they got wind of a good news report,drive the stock up getting the public to bite then slowly sell of 1/2 of their new shares.

eg. buy 10 shares at $1.00 drive it up to $1.20 ...cost $10.00 ..profit $2.00 or 20% with delusions of a news report that we thought was coming

Then sell off all the shares when the lemming realise that there is no news report forthcoming by the end of the day...then you either make 20% or better still own 2 shares at no cost to CLIFFS ...with CLIFFS I am not talking 10 shares but 10 of thousands of share..do that for a week and then you will realise how many share they got for nothing, zero, nada on only rumor and fear.

We all said they (BOD) are building base, the trouble was it was us.... it was "them" and today we are reaping the ramifications

I also do not agree with holding back report as ammunition in reserve..we did that with the hostile take over of Freewest, within a week Noront found more gold platinum the "elephant leg" got bigger..etc and that got us nothing because, by then it was too late.

I do agree with the last part of your message in that a good news report WILL vastly increase our SP and for a time keep us out of the hands of the big bad wolf (CLIFFS)
