I think NOT is in someone's site, and has been for sometime.

Indeed, the long difficult silence from WES and the BOD may be to quietly let the Drills run... avoid unnecessary attention... negotiate background agreements.... accumulate a bunch of excellent assays... which when announced together, will rudely awaken the investment skeptics, catch the shorts, and propel NOT's share price sharply upward, preventing a low ball offer to steal the company.
