Message: I just wanted to point out how...

much is made of the difficulties as in remoteness, infrastructure costs, years of prelim. work before mining, etc. So much verbiage to keep things low keyed. One should also note that if this were a small find no one would even be talking about the ROF today... as a matter of fact it would be more like an ROI (ring of ice) as people would have dropped it cold a long time ago. The point is that this is a mega complex of minerals as we all know and resources in the future will become very tight globally. You all know that those that control the resources in the future won't be left out in the cold begging for handouts from other nations but will be calling the shots and accruing the wealth. To my thinking no one can even comprehend the mineralized wealth that is up there but you can bet some are making some rough calculations of the piece of pie they'd like to own up there..... well lordy isn't someone already doing that right now and getting in cheap to boot. I love all the talk of how long it's going to take to get this thing to mining status. Notice the attention is drifting to that complication and a little less so about infrastructure, though that is still an issue. An interesting transition. Also interesting is that companies who have invested up there seem to want to cool the jets of investors as opposed to having them jump on board. I know, they're just being responsible right? Of course they are... but they're also killing two birds with one stone... very clever. Let's not have people jumping in too soon before we get our "ducks" in order. We don't want too many retail getting excited and buying in do we?....now that we know the vast wealth that these properties hold. Not yet anyway.

I still can't help but notice the textbook responses of investors and the classic symptoms they manifest at this stage of the game. It is amazing that, though you can tell people what they are going to be exposed to, you can't train them to deal with it. Their previous life experience is what enables or disables them in this regard. As a result, the predictability of people makes the investment wheel go around and allows the same tricks and manipulations to be used time and again. People remark about the quality posters that have disappeared or post infrequently. It shouldn't be surprised that those posters participate when there is solid information/conversation on which to analyze and hypothesize. This site is so full of emotion that most savvy investors wouldn't generally participate as an emotional position towards investing is counter to success. Success comes from solid trading/investing technique, DD and discipline. Emotions are dangerous and need to be analyzed for what they really mean. So here I am again... preaching at you. It's been a while. I'm not saying you can't have fun or enjoy some dreaming with other posters but it needs to be just that, fun.... with equal ability to look coldly at ones approach to how one deals with one's wealth. C'est tout.
