Not true. When quality news comes out the price goes up but comes back down just like any stock when news dries up. It takes drills and results to get the sp up. Tracks and choo choos don't happen unless they happen first.... and when they do consistently enough so will the tracks. But c'mon everyone knows the tracks are going in. Every one knows the goods are there. It's just a bunch of games so the players can take as much as they want before leaving crumbs for the bums. The unfortunate truth is that Nemis didn't keep this whole place under wraps until he nailed it all down under one roof. Because of that now we have to play the "attack and steal the unwary in the night" with too many companies out there to negotiate a simple deal. So now the slow consolidation cat and mouse crap until or unless someone comes up with the breath taking find. Here, I'd place my bet on NOT first though excitement is potentially around many corners in the area.
