So what does our NOT position mean of late? Our board is quiet with little in the way of bashing or pumping for that matter. Not much is being said but for some OTs and general banter. Our sp seems to be diddling in the land of low volume and narrow range. So does this mean:

NOT is perceived as dead in the water and people are elsewhere?

People are awaiting news and holding positions for confirmation?

The NOT BOD has done too good of a job sealing leaks and slowing info. so that no one has a clue what NOT is doing.... to the point that no one has any idea of where they are going or what they will do next? (kind of like this one...where will they surface?)

Investor exhaustion, boredom, nervous collapse?

All of the above?

Calm before an eruption?
