I believe there was a 6 month period at which point the FN would re-visit actions to force the cos to enter into agreements. Notice NOT has worked to achieve this well before any deadlines impacted progress. Imagine all of the levels at which work is being done... in the board room, in the field, in the lab and on the road within what has almost amounted to an information vacuum.... until today. There is great frustration on this site with the lack of sp progress. Even the last good news , as you all know, resulted in a brief rally followed by a downturn. I look forward to "tomorrows" news and suspect that the next set of ducks we will see should be wearing pm leg bands.
