Sale as the only option? So sell what? The company or just the chromite assets? While I concur that selling the chromite is one it is not the only one. There is also dept financing instesd of share dillution as an option, just debt would only be benefitial at the late stage due to interest costs.

There are already winter roads built every year, so that is not it. The road in question is an all year road and it presumably has to come before the rail line.

While we might build a small nickel mine when the all weather road is ready, no serious mine would be started until the question of the rail line is settled.

Yes it could take years because it depends on the Ontario government to pick up the gauntlet with the road construction.
