It's not that they'll go belly up.

It's not that they don't have a good resource.

It' not that eventually either NOT or someone else will not mine the resources.

It's what I heard a smart advisor say. That they just keep raising more and more money and further diluting the SP so that by the time they eventually are either taken over or move to mine development the payoff does't justify the time and risk required.
