Thanks BertaCurry, for your efforts in trying to reveal the shenanigans that go on in NOT trading.

I wrote the OSC and SEC several years ago about this, and got the same form replies. The Regulators are in the pocket of the big Hedgies/institutions, and the little guy has little chance to change anything, unfortunately.

The OSC letter to you states:

..."You may not learn the progress or results of an assessment or investigation completed by Enforcement branch; these are conducted privately.

The OSC does not generally comment on the existence, status, or nature of an investigation... or even (my words)) IF WE EVER BOTHERED TO CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION! heh, heh! :)
