The Cliffs entry into the ROF is simply an early gamechanger for the complete region.

We are witnessing and participating in a huge game of chess and strategy.

Cliffs may be only the opening shot for a major player in this theatre.

The Province certainly will be a major contributor in respect to infrastructure.

And all the juniors are major supporting players.

It is Cliff's moves that have put the whole ROF into active "play".

All the juniors will be winners, some lesser; some much greater with significant upside, depending on strength of position, and played strategy.

Each player, known and as yet unknown, have their individual role to play, and it is this game of strategic play that will eventually identify the biggest winners.

I dare to suggest that we need to watch and invest in more than one constituent player in order to assure our own maximized outcome.
