Its always a buying opportunity. The SP may go up or down, but its your total % of the company that must not slip away. $1.35 shares can be sold for $1.75 if you think good news will eventualy come. Increasing you ownership when ever you can untill the drill or the infrastructure news lets the SP increase is a must. How else do you have the shares to sell to those who are late to the party and have to pay $2+. Selling at lows is not how to make money in the stock market, having shares to sell at the highs is. Unless its the end of the world? Remember the whole system is set up to get you to buy and sell to make fees for brokers and banks.
