That is a common problem where hedgers and other institutional investors invest in greater volume than individual ones. Richard was not supported enough by individuals through number of shares.
They were more capable of recognizing a good thing than the ordinary individual and moved in for the kill.
I disagree, they did it for their OWN good instead of average Joe Investor.
