Makes perfect sense to me. They intend on keeping this sp down... further scenario... they intend on taking NOT cheaply. Just an opinion and possible scenario. NOT keeps coming out with news, they keep selling it down, NOT reaches critcal mass, they take it out for pennies. All the while they short this stock with our very own shares.... a perfect example of how corrupt a system can be, loaning shares that don't even belong to them. A total setup for those who have... to attain even more at the expense of the little guy.
