We advice any of the Majors to step in for a decent stake in Noront, firstly for triggering themselves with higher sp as a result of stepping in themsleves, leaving less room for a potentially agressive competitor (Cliffs is on the rise).

Even if an Major would not want to own the ROF or important parts of it they will be able to capitalise on a stake taken at this point in time and at current sp. Probability is the name of the game now, probability for far higher proven resources than the 14-15 million Not has got in the pocket, likelyhoods on top of existing tonnage cannot be ruled out before such large area is uncovered, who wants Cliffs to take it all on the vheap and so create your own competition.

For the majors there is no way out any longer: If they do not show up to the ongoing game consequences are rather important, 1) opportunity loss for missing the ROF boat and 2) supporting (or setting) up your own competitors (ie Cliffs).

Cliffs'management is all aware here and they will use the window of opportunities (even if it is only a few months) to move ahead strongly, nothwithstanding possible buy out of BMK to another player, it's of less concern than the Major which will loose out on the NOT window.
