I usually don't post here but I think that if this is trouth then will be very important event for all ROF players and NOT:

Rumor as it an offer is already on the BMK table and it ain't Cliff and I specify RUMOR cause it comes from an insider from Pinetree who could be pumper himself, just not sure.
I got another buddy close to Pinetree and tried for him to confirm this rumor, he just beat around the bush with the answer and actually told me almost the same as my reply from management because of our friendship, which I understand

Time line - after June, before August

Who????? will not say but are very close to MacDonald , just like the statement they release in January

My tought that last big Hit from BMK probably wake up Pierre Lasonde, CEO from FNV and since they have also interests in Cu probably they will make take over offer after June, this will be very big event for all ROF players and CLF will be very nervous after that event. Wait and see!
