Noront will soon start to pick the fruits from the increased level of activity in the ROF; how often did we hear this ? Well, all smaller ROF entities are hunted down by Cliffs for moderate premiums. Me thinks this will not be the case for NOT. Why ? Other Majors must be close to desperation if they leave this to Cliffs without a proper struggle, even if you do not want to own the ROF, the competitors need to know that they will get punished somewhere down the line if they make it too easy and way too cheap for Cliffs.
