Message: This is disruption

You're right, Jacki, in that this stupid whining and speculation that causes it is disruption at it's worst, but let me throw one more in before we quit.

Everyone is on buyout alert this week and likely for a good reason, but I do get a certain amount of enjoyment out of the posturing that appears to be taking place, as to whether a 2.50 buyout would carry the day or would it have to be 5.00 before anyone accepted it. A discussion on these terms is ludicrous. Who has offered either? Who seems likely to, and why? Why the fear of a 2.50 offer?

I would love to see a 2.50 offer on the table. It would prove to me that there is someone out there that actually is in the market for us. It would prove to me that my shares are actually worth a minimum of 2.50. I would likely not accept the offer, but I can't speculate on it because I don't know what the terms would be.

As it stands at the moment our shares are worth half that, and maybe IF someone was interested, they MAY add a premium to that price, maybe not. Speculation on it is simply pie in the sky at this point, a total waste of one's time.

Best regards

K
