Events unfolding:

1] FNC cancels $2-million financing.

2] FNC arranges $180,000 PP.

3] FNC to restart drilling at McFaulds project June 8.

4] ??? Will it be a merger or a takeover ?

Everybody will be back in situ by June 8.

It looks like a united front is the best defense from the lurking wolf .
