If NOT truly wanted to "fly under the radar" or "develop the resource itself" it could begin to employ techniques to make the cost of acquisition extremely high. I don't think they have/will done/do this.

I'm holding onto my NOT shares until we get a decent offer. I'd sell out at $5 tomorrow. After the deep drill results that number could be bumped significantly but it won't go down.
