Message: Let's dispense with some of the absurd thinking....

The BOD could have sold their shares when the sp hit $3 not long ago and certainly could have driven it higher than $3 if they liked. Thus to see the sp drift downward so as to be taken out for $3 or so somewhat lies in the land of the absurd. It would seem more likely that the BOD, like anyone on this site, would seek to make as much money from this venture as possible. So, it would seem more probable to acquire more control of this company to steer it to a harbour of their choice. Given the insto. holdings are increasing by the week, one could conjecture that control of this operation is moving into the hands of the empowered, with a reduction in variable potential for the "final decision". If the drop in sp is for the purpose of a hostile takeover, it would then be a race to see who can acquire the greater voting power. Our BOD has had intimate experience with the hostile acquisition situation so I would speculate that they have made plans to try to secure their interests. Given that it took several months to find a CEO, I would imagine that much was going on in that time beyond what we know. The biggest find in decades on Canadian land will not likely go too cheaply, though perhaps more cheaply than we'd like. FWR was a small piece of land with a nice deposit of a mineral that, globally, does not weigh in compared to many other minerals. I'll say this again, that the multi metal deposits on these properties including PGMs most importantly, will have wet the appetites and greed level of those who know just how prominant these finds are likely to become. The PMs will rally in the coming economic times and our BOD knows it. They will likely stave off the bargain seekers and reap a significant profit from this company. They may look at NOT as a hedge in the worst of times, meaning that this is a stock to grow not to throw.

We are not seeing mining companies giving up on what they do even given economic circumstances. They believe in the future and a need for what they do. Without them our civilization does not exist, there is no economy, there is no going forward. The alternative is grass roots living or should I say grass huts living. I don't think we're going there by choice... do you? The whole system is arbitrary, veiled in false facts and manipulated to keep sheeple doing what they do best..... following the shepherds. The shepherds will also look to secure their position as they absorb the flocks of others.

Just my impressions.
