I,m thinking. Look at CLF's anouncement. They have apointed a Mr Boor to head up the department to bring the ROF assets to production as an OPEN PIT MINE. I think this is one of the signals we have been looking for. Cliffs is determined to see this project go ahead and investing in my opinion heavilly here. The really nice thing here is that they are not at all hidding the intent.

I hope the market reads this for what it represents.
