As you point out the 45 million the Ont. government has committed really means nothing. It is for training. Training for what? Training people from the north and First Nation members to be miners? A mine is years away and the north is full of unemployed people who know how to operate machinery and build road beds. The government should have put the 45 million plus a hell of a lot more into road beds then they would have been showing that they really are committed to the ROF area.

The 45 million is over 3 years and much of it will be used up long before a handful of people have been fully trained to do whatever the government is planning on training them to do.
