Many small investors have indeed contacted the OSC in the past, only to be blown off with form replies and red tape.

If they truly are looking out for the individual investor, let them now prove it!

Probably not all Canadians know that here in the U.S. many staff of our regulatory body...the prestigous SEC...were caught watching porn everyday on their computers for up to 7-8 hours!

Now, that's the government's amazing way of helping the little guy! :) I hope your OSC can better explain why it has not enforced the law re manipulation of NOT's stock!
