Hi Jacki, There is nothing nefarious here. The SEC has much more stringent rules as to what can and cannot be used when fundraising such as this PP. This disclaimer is a standard paragraph that is included in a good portion of these releases, particularly when it involves public private placements. There are others that include only certain provinces of Canada also, as some provinces have different rules than others.
