I would not doubt that Cliffs is on their radar. And with the mineral diversity in the ROF, I'm sure they are keeping close tabs on developments.

Hey Rio, we have the goods and the mining tax is low, especially in remote regions (5% of operating profits). Please send some of the $24.5B our way!
