And what does this paragraph have to do with todays trading?

"In addition, Noront has granted the Agents an over-allotment option to sell an additional 15% of the
Flow-Through Shares sold pursuant to the offering, at the issue price, exercisable at any time prior to
1 day before the Closing Date of the offering."
