Is anyone on this board aware of Noront's insider trading policy?

The tsx has only created guidlines and not rules pertaining to such, and suggest that listed companies make their own rules for "trading blackouts" for periods prior to and after events that impact the company's share price.

A set of standards might help my dd a little more.
