'splainin' to do...

Time for the piper to be paid by JPM and likely HSBC. The fine folks at GATA finally prevailed in getting in front of the CFTC (after over a decade of trying) and presented irrefutable evidence of this manipulation... evidence that almost cost the whistleblower his (and his wife's) life.
