Kermode Exploration Announces Early Warning

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 30, 2010) - Kermode Exploration Ltd. ("Kermode" or the "Company") wishes to announce that on April 28, 2010, Richard Nemis ("Nemis") sold 1,000,000 common shares of Kermode in an exempt transaction. This disposition reduces Mr. Nemis' shareholding to 2,425,000 common shares of Kermode representing approximately 25.9% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Kermode.

Nemis could increase or decrease his investment in Kermode depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
