"what I was saying was Noront won't have the financing to sit another 10-11 years or longer to start earning money. If they keep doing PP's we will be diluted to death."
Ever notice that many companies in drilling or developing a mine dillute themselves to near death then someone comes along and buys them out for pennies.
That is the risk that one takes.
I do not think it would take 10 years, 5 - 7 is more likely but that mostly depends on the necessary basic infrastructure. When will that be established. If not soon the even 20 years will not make things happen.
Most of the burden rests with the Ontario government, imho.
With that said, it also rests with the Ontario citizens to be made aware of what is needed and to be willing to fund development.
Note that Ontario government is in serious deficit financially.
So when and if?
If the transportation and power are made available then I expect Noront not to have any difficulty raising financing for mine construction. Actually people may stand in line willing to do so. The Ring shows great potential and the public, while taking their time to realize it, may end up falling over each other to get a piece of it in the end.
