Comparing the Diamond Fields timeline to production is really a worst case scenario - as I recall there was a really bad relationship with the FN's that took years in itself to resolve (thankfully we don't have that here) - and then there was the "Toxic Bob" effect which I am sure, had to extend/hinder the enviromental approval process as well.

So if you compare these two issues to what NOT and the BOD have done - we don't have near the amount of baggage that Diamond Fields had - and hopefully it will much less than 10 yrs for a mine - no matter who (major or current management) does it.
