Hi,I may be way out with my gut feel,but here it is. IMO,the sp of both SPQ and NOT is being held back because we are potentially going to see a major player get involved soon in the aqusition of both SPQ and NOT and KWG will be part of it. It may be Cliff or some other major and Cliff will be here also with what they already have and they will take on a bigger piece of the pie. IMO and my gut,something big is going to take place soon invoving all 4 entities.
