Here is another concept. A lot of NOT holders either have very limited capital or are not diversified. Since reward from NOT is a long term process with lots of risks, while the general markets are in recovery mode, a little bit of selling takes place every day from those moving some money to other positions. In this context, it takes little selling from pros or others to keep the price flat. And, unusually flat it is. Looks like it has bottomed as long as drill results do not disappoint. If so, the rebound could be quite robust if results are consistent with the existing market cap. Provincial support looks good in valuation and shaves down some risk and cost factors.
