Yes you have dilution you paid wuth it for additional exploration and assays, which increased the resource.
How much was the resource then compared to now. You can not have one without the other.
Using your dilution to about 53%, the resource at Eagle's has roughly trippled. So 3x$7=$21x 53%=$11.13.
So which would you want now?
