premarket is intending to keep NOT down for a while. Can't have it moving up for no reason eh, though the reverse doesn't seem to hold?.... not withstanding the latest NR, was that an NR? Seems to me that idea was already in motion. And oh yes, investors are Pavlovian trained to drop the NOT sp when ever an NR comes out so we'll have to watch it go down or stay where it is for a bit. To have the sp go up right away would look a little suspicious wouldn't it?
