The fact that Institutions are loading up with more NOT is a good sign. Institutions hire "professionals" to assess the value of their investment. If they are increasing shares in the company it is because they see greater value.

That being said it also means the company "holder" base is narrower. More control is in the hands of the institutions and hopefully they have the required expertise to protect the investment and guide it to profit.

The volumes we se sold lately do not indicate Intitutional sell off so they are picking off the week holders or those that seek more volatile activity a chance to make their money work faster.

When they say follow the money I think we are still very OK with Noront, historically when the lid blows with these guy's it will be quick.
