Well, maybe that is the problem. We want him to be better. It is an art I don't think he has mastered. I don't think he likes to be interviewed. He sounds like he just wants to get it over with.......I know this is all negative posting, but simply, why not just admit the problem and get someone in the line of command from NOT to do it. Unless there is another motive, and I don't think so. Friendly, easy, a smile in the voice, moderate enthusiasm, and a sense of truthfulness would be first class.
