Ed,

I did not imply that management has control. Just that "market forces" are at work for a reason and that reason is known only by a select few "shareholders".

We all know the value is far more that the current SP indicates, but there must be a few that dictate it's worth of $ 1.63 as full value- ya right.

Management certainly has "influence"
