Black box program assassins.

I see Anonymous put in an ask for 100 shares at 1.70 after the sells grind to a halt. The ask then moves a penny down and Anonymous ask for 100 shares simultaneously disappears from 1.70 and shows up at 1.69. It's called "if then" programming. There is no one even driving the truck that runs over our sp.
